This website is operated by London Plaster Mouldings. By using our website and purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Products

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of plaster mouldings and screen display settings.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not guarantee acceptance of the order.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£).

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its approved payment providers.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location and courier services.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect details or courier issues outside our control. If a delivery is attempted and not successful the customer will be charged a further fee for re-delivery.

Returns & Refunds

All of our products are made to order and hence cannot be cancelled after purchase.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us as soon as possible if items arrive damaged or faulty. Our deliveries are kerbside and we do not accept responsibility once the delivery driver has left the drop off. Please inspect goods on receipt.

London Plaster Mouldings will review damages on a case by case basis and will determine if a skilled fibrous plasterer would not be able to install the item due to the damages. If we see the damage as minimal and a skilled professional could overcome this then no further action will be taken.
