Delivery Information

At London Plaster Mouldings, we take great care in packaging and delivering our plaster products safely.

Small & Medium Ceiling Roses

Small and medium ceiling roses are securely packaged and shipped via courier service. Delivery is ordinarily expected within 7–10 working days from the date of order.

Large Ceiling Roses & Cornices

Large ceiling roses and cornices are delivered using private van transport to help ensure safe handling of fragile plaster products. Delivery is ordinarily expected within 7–10 working days.

Kerbside Delivery Only

All deliveries are made on a kerbside basis only. Customers are responsible for arranging suitable assistance to move products from the delivery point into the property.

Due to the weight and fragile nature of plaster mouldings, delivery drivers are unable to carry goods inside the premises.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timescales, delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues, transport routes, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

We accept no responsibility for late deliveries and strongly advise customers not to arrange professional installation or tradespeople until the goods have been received and inspected.
